Initiate Your Request
Log into your NetEase Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
